How long will the driver wait for me at the airport?
Free waiting time is 90 minutes from the actual landing time of the flight. Overtime will be charged at 3,000 JPY per 30 minutes.
Is there a waiting time limit for regular transfers?
Free waiting time is 15 minutes. Afterwards, an additional 3,000 JPY will be charged per 30 minutes.
What is included in the charter service fee?
The basic fee includes fuel, driver, highway tolls, and free standby time with no hidden charges.
Costs outside the service scope, such as parking fees or translation services, are not included.
What languages does the driver speak?
We can arrange drivers who speak Chinese, English, and Japanese. Please indicate your language requirement in advance.
Can you help arrange the itinerary?
Yes, we can recommend the best routes based on your group size, schedule, and preferences, and assist with bookings.
What happens if my flight is canceled?
Please notify us immediately and provide relevant proof. If there is no contact and the driver has already arrived at the pickup time, no refund will be issued.
What is the charter duration? How are overtime charges calculated?
The standard charter duration is 10 hours per day. If required, it can be adjusted according to the customer’s specified time.
Overtime is calculated as “basic fee × 0.1 per hour”.
